KIANSHOPS accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and original condition.
We do not accept returns if:
Return Authorization
Customers must contact KIANSHOPS before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping
